Postpartum Intensive Outpatient Group
For mothers in the perinatal and postpartum period
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Virtual)
This program is for mothers experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or other perinatal mood disorders. It offers increased support and multiple treatment options in a less restrictive environment than hospitalization or day treatment programs. The virtual program meets three days a week for three hours of group therapy, classes, activities, and counseling. Services include individual and family therapy, perinatal yoga, attachment-focused sessions, nutrition education, and skills-based classes. We also offer free mom’s support groups to help you stay connected and supported beyond the program.
One in seven women experiences a perinatal mood disorder, which can occur during pregnancy or up to a year after birth. You don’t need to suffer in silence—there is help within reach.

Youth Intensive Outpatient Group
Ages 8–12
Tuesdays and Thursdays
3:00 – 6:00 PM
South Jordan Office
This program is for children who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, suicidality, self-harm, or behavioral challenges. It also supports children struggling with impulse control, communication, and emotional overwhelm.
While weekly therapy can be helpful, some children need a little more support and structure. This program uses play-based and evidence-based techniques to help kids build emotional regulation, impulse control, and communication skills—while also giving caregivers the support and relief they deserve.

Teenage Intensive Outpatient Group
Ages 14–17
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
4:00 – 7:00 PM
South Jordan Office
This program is for teens who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or thoughts of suicide; self-harm or emotional dysregulation; ADHD, bipolar disorder, or behavioral challenges; trauma, conduct disorder, or borderline personality traits. It also supports teens feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or having a hard time coping with daily life.
One-on-one therapy can be helpful, but adolescence can feel overwhelming—and sometimes teens need more support. This program helps build coping skills for daily stress, interpersonal tools for healthier relationships, and emotional regulation strategies to prepare for young adulthood.
