Hi! I’m Levi Schomas, one of the owners at Reach Counseling. With over 15 years of experience, I’m passionate about creating a safe space where my clients can truly be themselves and work through life’s challenges. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me playing pickleball, tackling home projects, or enjoying a good movie. I believe in the power of growth, guided by my favorite motto: “Always be content, but never be satisfied.” Let’s work together to help you live your best life.
Growing up isn’t easy. I’m passionate about helping kids, teens, and young adults feel supported, build coping skills, and better understand their own emotions. In our sessions you can be your authentic self, joke around, and leave feeling better equipped to handle life. I use play therapy, Internal Family Systems, trauma processing, CBT, DBT in my sessions. I also appreciate that for many of my clients, parent support is crucial for growth. Aside from individual sessions and parent sessions, I facilitate an IOP group for 8-12 year old with moderate to severe mental health symptoms. Outside of therapy, I’m a parent and a dog lover. I spend my free time hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, thrifting and watching horror movies.
I have always loved helping people, which led me to work in mental health for years before earning my graduate degree in 2015. As a crisis worker for 11 years, I gained valuable skills in assessment, intervention, and problem-solving, which now help me support clients in outpatient practice. I genuinely care about others and strive to be fully present, offering both a listening ear and practical tools for change. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring local festivals, and learning about history. I also love to sing, dance, and socialize—karaoke and swing dancing are some of my favorites!
I am passionate about supporting women through perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety. I also have experience working with teenagers and couples, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health Disorders, Lifespan Integration Trauma Clearing, The Lasting Connections System, and Internal Family Systems. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. Outside of therapy, I love practicing yoga, going for walks, and spending time with my two little boys.
I am passionate about guiding individuals through growth and healing. Currently pursuing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Prescott College, I take a holistic approach, drawing from somatic psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and Gestalt therapy. With a background in Psychology and Traditional Eastern Arts from Naropa University, I incorporate mindfulness and body awareness into my work. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in diverse settings, including residential treatment and outdoor education. I strive to create a safe, supportive space for self-exploration. Outside of work, I love nature, creative expression, and time with my dog, Minnow.
I became a therapist because I’m fascinated by the human mind and love connecting with people. Before counseling, I spent four years in addiction treatment, which deepened my understanding of mental health, trauma, and recovery. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and supported. I tailor my approach to each person, valuing kindness, authenticity, and growth. Outside of work, I love video games, soccer, concerts, and traveling. Fun fact: I have a twin! No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to help.
I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and competence. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family and couples counseling. My approach is warm, client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in ACT, CBT, EFT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and systems theory. Most importantly, I believe you are the expert on your life – I’m here to support and empower you along the way. If I weren’t in this field, I’d probably be working in an animal sanctuary or bookstore!
Hi, I’m Sasha. I’m a therapist who’s passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and strong—especially during life’s hardest moments. I’m certified and specialize in perinatal mental health, trauma, and personality disorders. I blend warmth and science, using proven therapies like EMDR, IFS, and CBT to support your goals. Whether you’re navigating postpartum struggles or processing deep-rooted pain, I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care. I have a soft spot for first responders and new parents. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. Let’s start the conversation together.
I combine my passion for yoga and therapy to help people improve their physical and mental well-being. As a trained yoga teacher certified in trauma, sexual trauma, prenatal, and postpartum yoga, I take a holistic approach to healing. I am especially passionate about supporting women in creating positive change in their lives. I also love working with kids and adults with autism, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive. Using expressive therapies and mindfulness, my goal is to walk alongside each person on their journey to healing and growth.
In my practice, I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and mindfulness to help my clients embark on their healing journeys. I am passionate about the mind-body connection and continuously seek new avenues for fostering healing. In my free time, I am an avid trail runner, and I enjoy exploring new trails in Utah. One of my favorite quotes by Earl Nightingale that inspires my personal growth is, “Never give up on a dream because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.”
I know it takes courage to start therapy, and I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe and supported as we navigate the process together. I am passionate about helping others recognize their worth and develop their strengths. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2018 and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating in April 2025. I have experience working with teens and adults of all ages, but I especially love working with young adults and new parents. I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and DBT in my sessions and am currently completing EMDR training. In my spare time, I love to read, sing along to the radio, and spend time with my family.
I specialize in supporting postpartum mothers, adolescents, single parents, couples, and anyone navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, intimacy issues, or grief. Using a blend of CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems, I tailor my approach to each client’s unique journey. A wife and mother of three, my own diverse life experiences—from the arts to early education and motherhood—fuel my passion for helping others through life’s transitions. I am dedicated to guiding my clients through challenges, helping them embrace change, and creating healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I approach therapy as a dance—grounded in experience and guided by attunement. Direct yet gentle, serious yet playful, I create a steady, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, get unstuck, and move toward a more connected, meaningful life. With an Advanced Certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation through ISSTD, I weave together evidence-based approaches, including DBT, ACT, EMDR, Sandtray, Ego State Therapy, and IFS, to support healing and growth.
